Welcome to the world of Venom Basketball, a non-profit basketball team based in Vantaa. We are dedicated to bringing the joys of basketball to our community. We believe in the transformative power of sports and are committed to promoting physical and mental health, teamwork, and leadership skills among our players. With our talented roster of players and dedicated coaching staff, we strive to create a positive impact through basketball. What we do
Team
Training
We at Venom Basketball make sure that every player receives training according to their individual skills and level. Every training session is different providing the players with i.e. fundamental skills training, understanding of the rules, core and strength training as well as some play time.
After School
Programs
At the moment, we run after-school clubs at various schools around Vantaa. After-school clubs are free of charge and provide kids with a safe space to spend time with their friends after school and participate in a sports activity.
Open
Clinics
At the free basketball clinics the participants have an opportunity to learn the fundamental skills that are needed to play and understand the game. This is done in a way that is fun and appropriate to the child’s age and level.
